Luna Sol Classes
Levels:

Level I – Beginner
Perfect for those new to our studio or returning after a break. Classes focus on foundational movements, proper form, and building confidence at a supportive, slower pace.

Level II – Intermediate
Designed for clients comfortable with the basics and ready to progress. Expect more challenging sequences, moderate pacing, and continued strength and skill development.

Level III – Advanced
Fast-paced and high-intensity for experienced clients. Classes include advanced movements, flowing transitions, and minimal breaks. Recommended for those who have taken 10+ classes. Please contact the studio if you are new to LunaSol before booking a Level III class.

Mat

Luna Classical (Level I)

A LunaSol-style mat Pilates class designed with a slower pace and supportive flow. This class focuses on building strength, control, and body awareness through intentional movement and smooth transitions. With a lower-heat environment and beginner-friendly approach, it’s perfect for those newer to Pilates or anyone looking to slow down and refine their form.

Sculpt (Level II)

A Pilates-inspired sculpt class blending mat work with strength elements. Expect higher repetitions, optional light weights, and a slightly faster pace for an added burn.

Heated (90-100)

Advanced  Mat (Level III)

A challenging mat Pilates class for experienced clients. Features advanced exercises, longer sequences, and minimal modification cues, emphasizing core strength and endurance. 

Heated (90-95)

Mat Pilates (All Levels)

An all-levels mat class offering a balanced, full-body Pilates workout. Modifications and progressions are provided to support a variety of experience levels.

Heated (85-95)

Barre

A low-impact, full-body workout that blends strength, balance, and flexibility. Using small, controlled movements, Barre targets major muscle groups to build tone, improve posture, and increase endurance — all while being gentle on the joints. Perfect for all levels and easily modified to meet you where you are.

Cycle Aligned

A 60-minute high-intensity workout designed to energize and empower. Begin with 30 minutes of cardio on the bike to build endurance and elevate your heart rate, followed by 30 minutes on the mat featuring inspired movement from Pilates, Barre, and Yoga. This balanced class blends strength, core work, and mindful movement for a full-body burn and reset. Suitable for all levels with options to modify.

Reformer

Foundations (Level I)

A beginner-friendly class focused on learning the reformer, proper form, and foundational movements. Builds strength, confidence, and body awareness at a supportive pace.

Reformer II

An intermediate-level class that builds on the basics with longer sequences, increased strength work, and a moderate pace. Designed to challenge and progress your practice.

Reformer III

An advanced, high-energy reformer class featuring complex choreography, faster transitions, and minimal rest. Best for experienced clients seeking a strong, full-body challenge.

Reformer

Buns & Guns (Level II)

A targeted reformer workout focusing on glutes, legs, arms, and shoulders. Expect controlled strength work with a moderate pace and an extra burn where it counts.

Sol Split (Coming Soon)

A dynamic split-format class combining strength and mobility. One half focuses on powerful reformer work, while the other emphasizes lengthening, stretching, and balance.

Private Cadillac Session (Coming Soon)

A one-on-one Pilates session using the Cadillac apparatus to support strength, mobility, and alignment. This personalized experience allows for deep, intentional movement with guided assistance, ideal for rehabilitation, building strength, improving flexibility, or refining your practice. Sessions are tailored to your individual goals and needs.

Chair (Coming Soon)

A small group Pilates session (max 3 participants) using the Chair apparatus to build strength, stability, and control. This focused class emphasizes core engagement, balance, and alignment while allowing for personalized attention and guided support. Ideal for those looking to challenge their practice in an intimate, supportive setting.
